Dr. Albert Maarek EIS

In private practice as a neurophysiologist Dr.
Maarek became disillusioned with the tools available for patient
care and well being. As an MD he enjoyed tremendous success but
never felt comfortable with the ability to truly gauge his patients
improvements due to the lack of investigative tools available. In
1987 Dr. Maarek was selected as part of an elite European Medical
Delegation that was commissioned to study the effects of the brain
and auriclo accupuncture using an MRI. A accu point was stimulated
on the ear and then the effects were measured with The MRI. This
investigation validated the effects of auriculo accupuncture which
prompted Dr. Maarek to begin his own independent research in the
field of bio-electrical impedance.
The last 10 years of Dr. Maareks life has
culminated in the development of The EIS System as the most
remarkable non-invasive bio-electrical impedance device with
international patents (No 06/09878). Maareks
continuous research in the filed of bio-sensor technology is
unrivalled in today’s marketplace. Dr. Maarek invites you to learn

How Does This Work? Do you have any interesting case studies/
clinical research that you would like to present to the EIS
community? Have you found some interesting correlations between The
EIS System and certain pathologies? If so we
want to hear from you!
We would like to encourage all EIS users to
share their case studies, who knows you could even be the recipient
of our EIS Case Study Award.
We will select the top 5 case studies and
provide the practitioners with an opportunity to present their
findings in Cancun, Mexico. The audience will decide on the best

An expert in
Heart Rate Variability Dr. Matthais will provide in-depth training
on Heart Rate Variability. The latest product of LD Teck
called The ES Teck incorporates HRV. HRV is
regarded as an indicator of the activity of autonomic regulation of
circulatory function. Alterations (mostly reductions) in HRV have
been reported to be associated with various pathologic conditions
such as hypertension, hemorrhagic shock, and septic shock. It also
has some utility as a modest predictor of mortality after an acute
myocardial infarction.
