4TH LD SYMPOSIUM 18 and 19 November 2011

Thank you from LD Technology
A US based Medical Device company which hosted in Miami Beach on the 18 and 19 of November 2011 its 4th International Symposium.
We show appreciation to Physicians and interested parties from many parts of the World (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Russia and many European countries) which gathered the two day of lectures.
We are convinced that the presentations from the company CEO Albert Maarek demonstrated the health benefits and Economical impact of our medical technologies EIS-GS, ESO and ES-BC.
We are proud to present our clinical investigations from the University of Miami and UNICAMP in Brazil as well as the published data and undergoing studies.
We are committed that the new medical telemedicine project which incorporate LD patented cardiac output measurement to improve high blood pressure and cardio vascular monitoring and Drug prescription support will soon be the gold standard .
We understand that Health outcomes are only one side of the health economics debate and the developing research base also throws light on the economic benefits of new medical technology both to healthcare systems and society more generally.
LD warmly acknowledges the input from physicians and interested parties at our 4th International Symposium and invites them to experience and incorporate our bio sensors leadership technologies in their practice and to contact us for training and Medical business development.
Sincerely.
Albert Maarek CEO and the LD Team

Final Report 05.03.2011
The Electro Sensor Oxi (ES Oxi) is a device used to display the SPo2 %, the digital pulse wave form (photoplethysmography) and heart rate detection. The wave form and heart rate variability analysis provides specific algorithm to estimate the cardiac output. The objective of this study was to compare the ES Oxi algorithm to a standardized assessment of cardiac output. Fifty-one subjects between 18 and 65 years of age were assessed by the ES Oxi and the BioZ Dx devices. The correlations between the ES Oxi and the BioZ Dx were very high (r=0.693 (p < 0.0001) at baseline, r=0.79 (p < 0.0001) after the first exercise stage, and r=0.86 (p < 0.0001) after the second exercise stage, respectively), suggesting that the ES Oxi algorithm has predictive capability of cardiac output. The results of the study suggest that the ES Oxi device is a very useful, safe, fast, and non-invasive way of estimating CO.
Jackson Memorial Hospital is an accredited, non-profit, tertiary care hospital and the major teaching facility for the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine. With more than 1,550 licensed beds, Jackson Memorial Hospital is a referral center, a magnet for medical research, and home to Ryder Trauma Center - the only adult and pediatric Level 1 trauma center in Miami-Dade County.
