Technical support is open from 9am to 5pm (EST) from Monday to Friday.
All technical support requires a working Internet connection and uses a team viewer technology for remote system access and/or training on line. To access to this service,click here , then run the program LDQuick.exe and send your ID to the technical support email. Do not close the window with your ID.
Important: now wait at your computer until the technical support contacts you onscreen.
Training online

The training will be by remote system or Presentation (access to the instructor's computer)
