1. The HCSS is not a medical device and patient 'data management is addressed under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
   
2. The statistical cross analysis will provide statistical indicators values in numeric scale. These indicators can not be used for any diagnostic.
3. The user has the responsibility to manage the HCSS statistical results .

In case of user'status report including images of the HSCC (copy/paste function) ,
LD TECHNOLOGY shall not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from the HCSS status report.

The statistical results issue from the software cross analysis cannot be use in clinical investigations
